Welcome to your Western Canada Employees' Association

Proudly Western Canadian...Proudly Independent.

Who We Are

The Western Canada Employee's Association is a legally recognized union in the eyes of the law. We are proudly Canadian and proudly independent. We work hard to ensure that your Agreement reflects the values of your workplace. There are no “one-size-fits-all” solutions. Our ultimate goal is to support the success of our members by negotiating Agreements that provide great employment opportunities and superior earning potential. The Employees’ Association is run by a group that specializes in operating employee associations so that no one has to worry about legal compliance, the financial record keeping and the day to day operations of making sure employees’ concerns are dealt with. And at the end of the day, the Association is accountable to you, the employees. Please never hesitate to reach our to us if you have questions about the services we offer or are in need of guidance relating to a workplace concern.
